Industrial Electrician

Dynomax Inc., a precision manufacturing leader serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets, is seeking an Industrial Electrician. In this role, you'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems for CNC machines, molding presses, tooling, and automated assembly equipment. You will read schematics, diagnose PLC and motor control issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and safety standards. Working on-site with cross-functional teams, you'll support continuous improvement, new equipment installations, and line startups in a clean, high-tech, and growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, controls, and machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines, molding equipment, and assembly systems to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Diagnose PLC, motor control, and automation issues and perform corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, and company safety standards
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to support continuous improvement
• Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance records in CMMS or similar systems
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and new production line startups
