Production Supervisor

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc., a leader in high-quality cable carriers and conveyor systems, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will oversee production teams, manage schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals are met. You will drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and output targets in a manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and work assignments to maintain on-time delivery and efficient workflow.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot production issues, and escalate maintenance needs as required.
• Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste and increasing productivity.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production team members, promoting skill development and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards across all shifts.
• Track and report key production metrics, recommending corrective actions when targets are missed.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and support new product or process launches.
