Project Manager
Calgon Carbon Corporation is seeking a Project Manager II to lead critical manufacturing and industrial projects that support our mission of delivering clean water, air, and environmental solutions. In this role, you will manage projects from concept through implementation, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and risk while coordinating closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams. You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, communicate progress to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in project execution. Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional manufacturing projects from initiation through delivery
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to meet milestones
- Manage risks, issues, and change control to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Monitor project performance and report status to stakeholders and leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed
- Support standardization of project management tools and best practices
- Mentor team members in project coordination and documentation
