Batching Team Brewer

Asahi Beer USA Inc. seeks a Batching Team Brewer to support production of premium beer brands in our manufacturing environment. This role operates batching and brewing equipment, follows detailed recipes, and monitors critical parameters to ensure consistent quality and yield. You will perform CIP and sanitation, complete quality checks, and accurately record production data. Working closely with operations and quality teams, you will help drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement while upholding Asahi's heritage of craftsmanship and product excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor batching and brewing systems according to recipes and SOPs.
• Measure, stage, and add raw materials to ensure accurate batches and consistent product quality.
• Perform CIP, sanitation, and routine cleaning of tanks, lines, and equipment.
• Conduct in-process quality checks, sampling, and basic lab measurements as required.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues, escalating more complex problems.
• Record production data, batch logs, and variances with accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety standards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet schedule and yield targets.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in efficiency, waste reduction, and quality.
• Assist with inventory control, material handling, and organization of the brewing area.
