Maintenance Supervisor

Bakerly, a leader in French-inspired bakery products, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep our manufacturing facility running smoothly. In this on-site role, you'll lead a team of technicians, plan and execute preventive maintenance, and quickly troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production lines. You'll uphold strict safety and food manufacturing standards while partnering closely with production to reduce downtime. Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule maintenance technicians to support bakery production lines
• Develop, execute, and track preventive maintenance plans using CMMSTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and food manufacturing standards
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and support line changeovers
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor service visits
• Train team members on equipment operation, safety, and maintenance best practices
• Document maintenance activities and report on equipment performance metrics
