CNC Operator

Dynomax Inc., a precision manufacturing leader serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets, is seeking a CNC Operator to join our growing team. In this on-site role, you will set up and operate CNC equipment to produce complex, tight-tolerance components while reading blueprints, loading tools and programs, and performing in-process inspections with precision gauges. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and quality, support continuous improvement, follow strict safety and quality standards, and develop your skills on modern equipment in a stable, family-owned, high-tech environment focused on long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce aerospace, defense, and industrial components to print
• Load tools, materials, and programs; verify correct offsets and parameters
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and inspection plans to meet tight tolerances
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges; document results
• Monitor machine performance, adjust feeds and speeds, and troubleshoot basic issues
• Maintain equipment, tooling, and work area following 5
• S and safety standards
• Collaborate with engineers, quality, and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues
• Follow quality procedures and contribute ideas to continuous improvement initiatives
