Cell Lead

Evolution Driveline is seeking a Cell Lead for our Reman Washblast area to oversee cleaning and preparation of driveline components for remanufacture. In this hands-on role, you'll coordinate daily workflow, set up and operate wash and blast equipment, and ensure parts meet strict cleanliness and quality standards. You'll train and guide cell technicians, maintain 5S and safety practices, and troubleshoot process issues. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and a passion for high performance automotive components in a small, craft driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Reman Washblast cell
• Set up, operate, and monitor wash and blast equipment
• Inspect components for cleanliness and quality specifications
• Train, coach, and support cell technicians

• Document work orders and production data accurately
