Heavy Equipment Transporter /Operator

Holland Pump Company is seeking a Heavy Equipment Transporter /Operator to support dewatering and pump projects for construction, municipal, and industrial clients in Port Orange, FL. In this hands-on role, you will safely operate and transport heavy equipment, pumps, and related systems to and from job sites, ensuring secure loading, unloading, and setup. You'll perform basic inspections and maintenance, follow DOT and OSHA safety standards, and coordinate with field teams to support critical infrastructure projects while upholding our culture of safety, reliability, and customer-first service.

Responsibilities

• Operate and transport heavy equipment and pump systems to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
• Load, secure, and unload equipment in compliance with DOT and OSHA safety standards.
• Inspect, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Support setup and teardown of dewatering and pump systems at customer locations.
• Coordinate schedules and delivery routes with dispatch and project teams.
• Complete required logs, inspection reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally with customers and crew members on site.
• Follow all company safety policies and participate in ongoing safety training.
