Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates during shifts to deliver excellent service and sales results
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash wrap, and task execution
• Maintain merchandising standards, signage, and in-stock levels across assigned areas
• Assist with training new teammates on service expectations, policies, and procedures
• Monitor store appearance, safety, and loss prevention standards
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to store leadership
• Support execution of promotions, events, and community-focused initiatives
• Communicate priorities from store leadership to the sales floor team
