Crew Leader - Maintenance

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Crew Leader - Maintenance to oversee commercial landscape maintenance projects. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a crew performing mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, cleanups, and irrigation checks for HOAs, resorts, commercial, and municipal clients. You'll coordinate daily schedules, ensure quality, safety, and equipment readiness, and train crew members in proper horticultural and construction-related practices. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties
• Plan and coordinate daily work schedules and task assignments
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and general grounds cleanup
• Inspect properties to ensure quality standards and client specifications are met
• Conduct routine irrigation checks and report repair needs
• Operate and oversee safe use of mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
• Train and mentor crew members in horticultural and safety best practices
• Enforce company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Communicate with supervisors regarding progress, issues, and resource needs
