Interventional Cardiologist

CompHealth is seeking a skilled cardiologist for a locum tenens assignment, offering flexible scheduling with up to 14 days per month of 24-hour shifts. Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour general cardio hospital call and STEMI call
• Consult and treat all STEMI patients
• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Perform intra-aortic balloon pump and impella placement
• Conduct cardiac diagnostics including echo, TEE, stress, and nuclear testing

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $325 - $400
• Rates are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
