Area General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multi-unit food and facilities operations within an assigned area
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and full P&L performance for assigned locations

• Recruit, train, and develop managers and frontline staff
• Drive operational excellence, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
