Baptist Medical Center Beaches is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant Nocturnist to join our growing Hospitalist team in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

This full-time inpatient opportunity features a desirable 7-on/7-off night schedule . The APP Nocturnist will provide coverage for admissions, rapid responses, and floor calls while collaborating closely with hospitalists, nursing teams, and other clinical specialists.

The provider will also support Baptist Medical Center Nassau through telehealth services performed from the Beaches campus.

What You Will Do

• Evaluate and manage overnight admissions
• Respond to rapid-response events
• Provide floor-call coverage for hospitalized patients
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver telehealth support to Baptist Medical Center Nassau
• Promote safe and efficient transitions of care
• Help strengthen the integration and utilization of APPs across hospital campuses

Qualifications

• Master s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• At least one year of experience in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, or an ICU
• Current Florida Physician Assistant license
• National certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or ability to obtain
• Valid Florida driver s license
