System Retail Manager
ARAMARK is seeking a System Retail Manager to lead retail operations across food and convenience outlets within our Accommodation & Food Services portfolio. In this on-site role, you will oversee day-to-day retail performance, ensuring outstanding customer experience, accurate cash handling, and consistent merchandising and brand standards. You will manage inventory, labor, and P&L metrics, using data from POS and reporting systems to drive sales, control costs, and implement improvements. You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members, fostering a culture of safety, inclusivity, and service excellence. Collaborating with clients and internal partners, you will align offerings with local customer needs while supporting company-wide initiatives and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations across assigned food and convenience outlets to meet sales and service targets.
- Manage inventory, merchandising standards, pricing, and product mix to maximize revenue and margin.
- Monitor P&L performance, labor costs, and KPIs; implement action plans to improve results.
- Lead, train, schedule, and coach retail staff to deliver safe, efficient, and friendly service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cash handling, and company policies and procedures.
- Partner with client and internal stakeholders to align offerings with customer needs and site requirements.
- Use POS and reporting systems to analyze trends and optimize staffing, inventory, and promotions.
- Support rollout of corporate programs, merchandising standards, and operational initiatives across locations.
