Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial facilities.
• Troubleshoot and fix faults in electrical components and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with national safety codes and regulations.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to optimize machine efficiencies.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, electrical code specifications, and schematics to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
• Test electrical systems using tools like voltmeters, ohmmeters, and oscilloscopes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including installation, maintenance, and repair.
