Bond Processing Operator

Cargill is seeking a Bond Processing Operator to support our manufacturing operations by accurately processing and tracking bond-related documentation for materials, inventory, and production activities. In this role, you will manage data entry, reconcile records, verify compliance with internal controls, and coordinate with production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate bond transactions. You will help maintain reporting, identify discrepancies, and support audits while working in a safety-focused, collaborative environment that values integrity, learning, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Process and update bond-related documentation for materials and production.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheets.
• Reconcile bond, inventory, and transaction data; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with production, finance, and logistics on documentation needs.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate, organized records.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and documentation standards.
• Generate routine reports and summaries for supervisors and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation and data workflows.
• Follow all safety, quality, and confidentiality policies.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
