Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
• Monitor the assembly and production process, and carry out basic testing and quality checks
• Understand and adhere to environmental, health, and safety guidelines
• Set up and calibrate production equipment according to the provided specifications
• Troubleshoot problems during machine operation and participate in root cause analysis
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
• Keep records of production quantities and time
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency
