Licensed Real Estate Sales Listing Agent

EmpowerHome Team is hiring a Licensed Real Estate Sales Listing Agent to serve sellers in the Woodbridge, VA area and beyond. In this fast-paced, team-based role, you'll conduct listing presentations, advise on pricing and prep, and market homes using proven systems, marketing, and strong team support. You'll manage listings in the MLS, host showings and open houses, and negotiate offers through closing. Responsibilities

• List and market residential properties for sale in assigned territories
• Conduct listing presentations and advise sellers on pricing and strategy
• Coordinate professional photography, staging, and marketing materials
• Manage MLS listings, showings, and open houses
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of seller clients
• Guide clients through the transaction from listing to close
• Leverage team-generated leads and follow up systematically
• Use CRM and team systems to track activities and pipeline
• Collaborate with team members and attend trainings and meetings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
