Cable One, operating as Sparklight, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative to drive growth within our Telecommunications Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will prospect and manage enterprise accounts, consult with customers on high-speed internet, video, and voice solutions, and build long-term executive-level relationships. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and support teams to design tailored solutions, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts. Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new mid-market and enterprise customer opportunities
- Manage a structured pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Lead consultative sales engagements with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales engineering and network engineering to design tailored telecommunications solutions
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, margin, and activity targets
- Deliver formal sales presentations and product demonstrations to business customers
- Gather and share market feedback and competitive intelligence with internal teams
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a superior customer experience from pre-sale through post-sale
- Forecast sales results and maintain adherence to sales processes and documentation standards
