Class A CDL Driver
Core-Mark, a leading distributor in the North American convenience retail industry, is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to support our wholesale trade operations. In this role, you will safely operate Class A vehicles to deliver fresh food, beverages, tobacco, and other products to retail locations. Responsibilities include loading and unloading freight, completing accurate delivery documentation, performing DOT-compliant inspections, and maintaining electronic logs. You will represent Core-Mark at customer sites, providing professional service while upholding our values of integrity, safety, and a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver products to convenience retail customers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain DOT-compliant logs.
- Load, unload, and verify products against delivery manifests, ensuring order accuracy.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while meeting delivery time windows.
- Provide professional, customer-focused service at all delivery locations.
- Adhere to all DOT, safety, and company policies and procedures.
- Communicate issues such as delays, discrepancies, or equipment problems to dispatch or supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles and equipment.
