REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, coordinate and implement individualized rehab plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. You will monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in compliance with nursing standards and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending healthcare provider.
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes in patient condition promptly.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment regimes, disease prevention, and health maintenance.
