Senior Loan Operations Specialist

TrustBank, a community-focused financial institution in Olney, Illinois, is seeking a Senior Loan Operations Specialist to lead complex loan processing and servicing activities. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end operations for commercial and consumer loans, ensuring accurate documentation, timely boarding, and strict regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing and servicing of commercial and consumer loans with high accuracy.
• Review and validate loan documentation, boarding, and system entries for completeness and compliance.
• Monitor loan quality, reconcile data, and prepare operational and regulatory reports.
• Support audits and examinations by maintaining organized, accurate records and controls.
• Collaborate with lenders and branch staff to resolve loan issues and support relationship banking.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, and security standards.
• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior operations staff.
