Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to lead compensation strategy for our Manufacturing and Human Resources & Talent Management teams. In this people-first, family-owned organization, you will design, analyze, and administer base pay, incentive plans, and pay structures that attract, reward, and retain talent. Partner closely with HR and business leaders to conduct market pricing, develop job architectures, lead annual merit and bonus cycles, and ensure compliance with pay equity and relevant regulations. You will provide data-driven insights, coach leaders on compensation decisions, and support continuous improvement of Marvin's total rewards programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and administration of base pay structures and incentive programs for manufacturing and corporate roles
  • Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive, equitable pay practices
  • Support and manage annual merit, bonus, and pay review cycles in partnership with HR and business leaders
  • Develop and maintain job architecture, job descriptions, and internal leveling frameworks
  • Analyze compensation data to provide insights, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Ensure pay equity and compliance with wage and hour laws and compensation-related regulations
  • Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on offers, promotions, and retention strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve total rewards processes, tools, and employee communication
  • Lead or support compensation projects related to organizational growth, restructuring, or acquisitions
  • Coach and mentor HR team members on compensation principles and best practices
