Senior Compensation Partner
Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to lead compensation strategy for our Manufacturing and Human Resources & Talent Management teams. In this people-first, family-owned environment, you will design and administer base pay, incentive, and recognition programs that attract and retain top talent across plants and corporate functions. You'll lead market pricing, job evaluation, pay structure design, and annual merit and bonus cycles, ensuring compliance, internal equity, and competitiveness. Partner closely with HRBPs and leaders to provide consulting, analytics, and storytelling that aligns compensation with Marvin's values, safety culture, and long-term employee growth. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, compensation survey experience, and the ability to influence senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and administration of base pay, incentive, and recognition programs for manufacturing and corporate functions
- Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations to maintain competitive, equitable pay structures
- Manage annual merit, bonus, and pay review cycles in partnership with HR and business leaders
- Provide consultative compensation support to HRBPs and senior leaders, including offers and retention strategies
- Analyze compensation data to monitor internal equity, pay compression, and alignment with Marvin's people-first culture
- Develop and maintain compensation structures, ranges, and job architecture for HR and manufacturing roles
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations to inform compensation decisions
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, pay transparency, and internal policies
- Collaborate with HRIS and Finance to enhance compensation tools, processes, and analytics
- Support change management, communication, and training related to compensation programs
