Marvin is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead enterprise-wide compensation strategy within our Human Resources & Talent Management team. In this role, you will design, implement, and govern competitive base pay, incentive, and executive compensation programs that support Marvin's people-first culture and manufacturing operations. You will lead market benchmarking, job architecture, and pay equity analysis; advise senior leaders; ensure regulatory compliance; and partner closely with HR and Talent leaders to align rewards with performance, talent development, and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and governance of enterprise-wide compensation strategies for Marvin's manufacturing and corporate functions.
  • Develop and manage base pay structures, short-term incentives, and executive compensation programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluation, and job architecture to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
  • Lead pay equity, compression, and workforce analytics to support data-driven compensation decisions.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Management, and business leaders to align rewards with performance and talent strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including FLSA, pay transparency, and wage and hour rules.
  • Oversee annual compensation planning cycles, including merit, bonus, and promotion processes.
  • Advise senior leaders on compensation implications of organizational design, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Implement and optimize compensation tools, systems, and analytics dashboards.
  • Coach and develop HR partners on compensation best practices and guidelines.
