Director, Facilities Engineering

Marvin is seeking a Director, Facilities Engineering to lead strategy, operations, and reliability of building and utility systems across our manufacturing sites. You will oversee facility engineering, maintenance, and capital projects for windows, doors, and skylight production, ensuring uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role includes developing long-term asset and energy plans, optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance, managing contractors and vendors, and leading a high-performing team. You will partner with operations, EHS, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and support Marvin's people-first, innovative culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and daily operations of building and utility systems across manufacturing sites
• Oversee facility engineering, maintenance, and reliability programs to ensure uptime and quality
• Plan and execute capital projects, including scope, budget, and contractor management
• Develop long-term asset management and energy efficiency plans
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations
• Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance using CMMS and reliability tools
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for facilities services and projects
• Lead, mentor, and develop the facilities engineering and maintenance team
• Partner with operations, EHS, and leadership to support production and business goals
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, cost, and facility performance
