Marvin is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead enterprise-wide compensation strategy for our Manufacturing organization within Human Resources & Talent Management. This role designs, implements, and governs base pay, incentive, and executive compensation programs aligned to our people-first culture and long-term business goals. The Director partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices, leveraging market data, analytics, and job architecture to support talent attraction, retention, and development across our plants and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of Marvin's enterprise compensation strategy aligned with business and talent objectives.
  • Design and manage base pay structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation programs.
  • Oversee job architecture, job evaluation, and market pricing for manufacturing and corporate roles.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including pay equity, FLSA, and wage and hour requirements.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to budget and govern compensation programs.
  • Provide compensation consulting and guidance to HR Business Partners and senior leaders.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and external benchmarks to inform pay decisions and program design.
  • Lead annual merit, bonus, and pay review processes, tools, and communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement in compensation programs, policies, and governance.
  • Develop and mentor compensation team members, fostering a collaborative, people-first culture.
