Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to lead compensation strategy for our Manufacturing and Human Resources & Talent Management teams. In this role, you will design, analyze, and administer base pay, variable pay, and incentive programs that support Marvin's people-first culture and long-term growth. You will conduct market pricing, develop salary structures, lead annual merit and bonus cycles, and advise HR and business leaders on offers, pay equity, and job architecture. As a senior advisor, you'll drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and help shape compensation programs that attract, reward, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation strategy and program design for assigned business areas in manufacturing and corporate functions.
  • Conduct market pricing and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and job architectures to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus calculations, and incentive plan administration.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on offers, promotions, retention adjustments, and pay recommendations aligned with Marvin's pay philosophy.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, risks, and pay equity issues; recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation practices.
  • Develop clear compensation communications and tools for leaders and HR partners.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and job design through compensation expertise.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that improve compensation processes, systems, and governance.
  • Mentor HR team members on compensation fundamentals, tools, and best practices.
