Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to lead compensation strategy for our Manufacturing and Human Resources & Talent Management teams. In this people-first, family-owned environment, you will design, analyze, and optimize base pay, variable pay, and recognition programs to attract, motivate, and retain talent. Partner closely with HR and business leaders on job architecture, market pricing, pay equity, and annual merit and incentive cycles. Provide data-driven insights, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement in our total rewards programs to sustain Marvin's long-term growth and craftsmanship-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead compensation strategy and program design for manufacturing and corporate functions
- Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations to maintain competitive pay structures
- Manage annual merit, bonus, and salary review processes in partnership with HR and business leaders
- Analyze compensation data to provide insights on pay equity, compression, and internal alignment
- Maintain and enhance job architecture, pay grades, and salary structures
- Ensure compliance with applicable pay regulations and internal policies
- Advise leaders on offers, promotions, and retention strategies using data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and Finance to align compensation with business strategy
- Develop tools, dashboards, and communication materials to explain compensation programs
- Drive continuous improvement of total rewards programs to support Marvin's people-first culture
