Senior Manager Environmental Health, Safety & Compliance

Aramark is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Health, Safety & Compliance to lead EHS programs across our accommodation and food services operations. This role develops and enforces safety and environmental policies, ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations, and drives continuous improvement in safety performance. You will lead audits, investigations, and training, partner with site leaders to reduce risk, and foster a culture of safety, ethics, and accountability that supports exceptional client and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of environmental health, safety, and compliance programs across assigned operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments; drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and tracking of corrective actions.
• Develop, deliver, and coordinate safety and compliance training for managers and frontline staff.
• Analyze safety data and metrics to identify trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to integrate safety into daily processes and strategic planning.
• Oversee emergency response planning and preparedness, including drills and documentation.
• Manage contractor and vendor safety requirements and monitor adherence to standards.
• Promote a culture of safety, ethics, inclusivity, and teamwork aligned with Aramark values.
