ARAMARK seeks a Sr Manager of Environmental Health, Safety & Compliance to lead EHS strategy and execution across food service and facilities operations. In this role, you will develop and enforce safety policies, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions to protect employees, clients, and guests. You will analyze incident data, lead investigations, and deliver engaging safety training. Partnering with operations leaders, you will embed a strong safety culture aligned with Aramark's values of service, teamwork, and continuous improvement while mentoring site teams and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and implementation of environmental health, safety, and compliance programs across assigned operations
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments, driving corrective and preventive actions
  • Analyze incident and near-miss data, conduct root cause investigations, and implement improvement plans
  • Design and deliver safety and compliance training for managers and frontline staff
  • Partner with operations leadership to embed a strong safety culture and support business objectives
  • Develop and track EHS performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership
  • Support emergency response planning and business continuity initiatives
  • Advise on safety requirements for new sites, processes, and client contracts
  • Coach and mentor location-level safety champions and managers
