Driver

Premier Transportation seeks a reliable CDL-A Driver to join our Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you'll safely operate late-model equipment on regional and/or OTR routes, ensuring on-time, damage-free delivery for a diverse customer base. Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, accurate logkeeping with ELDs, and compliance with DOT and company safety standards. You'll communicate professionally with dispatch and customers, handle basic freight securement, and support continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractor-trailer safely on assigned routes (regional/OTR)
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required DOT documentation
• Ensure on-time, damage-free pickup and delivery of freight
• Secure loads according to company and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Follow all DOT, state, and company safety policies and procedures
• Report incidents, mechanical issues, and delays promptly
• Maintain clean, professional equipment and appearance
• Support a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
