Driver Lube

Diesel Direct Inc. is seeking a Driver Lube to safely deliver fuel and lube services to fleet and equipment customers in the Massillon area. In this fast-paced, safety-focused role, you will operate CDL and non-CDL trucks, load/unload fuel and lubricants, complete pre/post-trip inspections, and follow all DOT and company safety procedures. You will interact directly with customers, capture delivery data using onboard technology, and ensure accurate paperwork. This position offers hands-on experience in transportation, logistics, and fuel management with growth opportunities in driving and operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate fuel and lube delivery trucks to customer sites in the Massillon area
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic truck upkeep
• Load, transfer, and unload diesel, gasoline, DEF, and lubricants per safety and environmental procedures
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times
• Use onboard technology to record deliveries, route information, and fuel volumes
• Complete accurate delivery tickets, logs, and required documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and resolve basic service issues on-site
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to meet delivery schedules and priorities
• Report equipment issues, spills, or safety incidents immediately
