Associate Civil Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from intake through resolution under partner supervision
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Handle written and oral discovery, including depositions and discovery responses
• Appear in court for motion hearings, conferences, and trial support
• Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy and risk assessment
• Communicate with clients regularly regarding case status and recommendations
• Assist in negotiation, mediation, and settlement discussions
• Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines in a high-volume practice
