Seasonal Recruiter

KARM Stores seeks a Seasonal Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for our Christ-centered thrift retail locations across East Tennessee. In this full-time seasonal role, you'll source, screen, and interview candidates for store positions, coordinate postings and hiring events, and partner with store leaders to meet staffing needs. You'll manage applicant tracking, communication, and onboarding for new hires while reflecting KARM's mission to serve people experiencing homelessness. Ideal candidates bring 1-3 years of recruiting or retail hiring experience, strong communication skills, and a heart for ministry-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for seasonal retail roles at KARM Stores
• Coordinate job postings, hiring events, and candidate pipelines for multiple locations
• Collaborate with store leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines
• Manage applicant tracking, schedules, and communication with candidates
• Support onboarding and orientation for new seasonal hires
• Ensure hiring practices align with Christ-centered, mission-driven culture
• Maintain accurate hiring records and compliance with company policies
• Assist with background checks and reference verification as needed
