CDL-B Driver

Riverhead Building Supply Corp., a leader in building materials and lumber, seeks a reliable CDL-B Driver to deliver products to residential and commercial job sites. In this role, you will safely operate CDL-B straight trucks, load and unload lumber and building materials, secure loads, and complete pre/post-trip inspections. You'll interact with contractors and homeowners, providing courteous, professional service while following all DOT and company safety standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-B straight trucks to deliver building materials to residential and commercial job sites
• Perform accurate loading, unloading, and securement of lumber and related products
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies and procedures
• Verify orders, complete delivery paperwork, and obtain required signatures
• Communicate professionally with contractors, builders, and homeowners at delivery sites
• Coordinate with dispatch and yard teams to optimize delivery routes and schedules
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper use of equipment such as forklifts and lift gates
• Assist in yard or warehouse operations as needed between routes
• Represent Riverhead Building Supply Corp. with reliable, on-time, and customer-focused service
