MESSERLI KRAMER P.A. seeks an Estate Planning Associate to join our Legal & Regulatory Compliance department. In this professional, client-focused role, you will draft wills, trusts, and related documents; support probate and trust administration; and research estate, gift, and income tax issues. Working closely with experienced attorneys, you'll manage client communications, coordinate with advisors, and help implement sophisticated planning strategies. Responsibilities

  • Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
  • Conduct client intake, fact-gathering, and needs assessments for individuals and families
  • Research federal and state estate, gift, and income tax laws and prepare related memoranda
  • Support senior attorneys in complex planning, business succession, and asset protection strategies
  • Coordinate probate and trust administration tasks, including filings and correspondence
  • Communicate with clients, advisors, and fiduciaries to implement and maintain plans
  • Maintain organized matter files, deadlines, and documentation in compliance with firm standards
  • Contribute to business development through client presentations, articles, and seminars
