Real Estate Agent

Century 21 Realty Solutions Alaska Group in Wasilla seeks a driven Real Estate Agent to serve buyers, sellers, and investors across the Mat-Su Valley. In this commission-based role, you'll build and manage your own book of business, guiding clients through property search, pricing, marketing, negotiations, and closing for residential, land, and commercial transactions. You'll leverage Century 21's global brand, local market expertise, training, technology, and marketing tools to deliver high-integrity, personalized service and grow a sustainable real estate sales career in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and convert buyer and seller leads in the Mat-Su Valley and surrounding markets.
• Advise clients on pricing, offers, and market conditions using CMAs and local data.
• List, market, and sell residential, land, and commercial properties.
• Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements, addenda, and other transaction documents.
• Coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, and closing timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline using MLS and brokerage systems.
• Deliver high-touch, ethical client service aligned with Century 21 brand standards.
• Participate in brokerage training, meetings, and community/networking events.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to share market intelligence and best practices.
