Customer Greeter

Situated at the forefront of the car rental industry, our greeters are vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. This role involves welcoming customers as they arrive at our locations, providing essential information, managing the flow of the queue, and ensuring that the customer's initial interaction with us is pleasant and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers warmly and efficiently upon their arrival.
• Directing customers appropriately based on their rental needs.
• Answering initial questions regarding rental policies and procedures.
• Managing the customer flow at the check-in queue to prevent long wait times.
• Communicating with staff regarding vehicle availability and wait times.
• Assisting with navigation of airport or facility, and the car rental processes.
