SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Avis Budget Group, a globally recognized leader in rental car services, is looking for a Rental Lot Representative to join our vibrant team. This role focuses on managing the operations of our vehicle rental lot, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused experience. As a Rental Lot Representative, you will oversee the preparation, organization, and readiness of our diverse fleet of vehicles, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure features are functional before and after rental periods
• Organize the parking lot to maximize space and maintain an orderly layout
• Prepare vehicles for customer rental, including cleaning, refueling, and scheduling maintenance
• Assist customers during the vehicle check-out and check-in process
• Manage vehicle inventory to track rentals, returns, and maintenance
• Coordinate with customer service teams to enhance service delivery and address client issues
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle status and availability

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and moving vehicles
• Proficiency in using inventory management software
