District Manager

Avis Budget Group is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-location rental operations in the Transportation & Warehousing sector. In this role, you will oversee location performance, fleet utilization, and customer service standards across your district, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations. You will coach and develop site leaders, analyze KPIs, and execute company initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and performance-driven culture. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for multiple rental locations within the district
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control across sites
• Manage fleet allocation, utilization, and vehicle readiness
• Ensure exceptional customer service and issue resolution
• Hire, train, and coach location managers and frontline staff
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety, brand, and regulatory standards
• Partner with corporate teams on pricing, marketing, and initiatives
• Lead change management for new processes, systems, and programs
• Maintain strong presence in locations through regular site visits
