Barista Lead

As a Barista Lead at ARAMARK, you'll oversee daily café operations, craft high-quality espresso and specialty beverages, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations and act as shift supervisor
• Prepare espresso drinks and specialty beverages to Aramark standards

• Train, coach, and mentor baristas on recipes, service, and safety
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
• Collaborate with management on promotions and service improvements
