CNH Industrial seeks a Technical Training Developer to design and deliver training for advanced agricultural and construction equipment within a global manufacturing environment. In this role, you will create accurate, engaging content-manuals, e-learning modules, and multimedia resources-for technicians, operators, and dealers. Partnering with engineering, product, and safety teams, you'll translate complex machinery and powertrain concepts into clear learning experiences. You'll support virtual and in-person delivery, evaluate learner outcomes, and continuously improve curricula aligned with CNH Industrial's innovation, safety, and sustainability culture, while collaborating with diverse international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop technical training content for CNH Industrial manufacturing, agricultural, and construction equipment
  • Create manuals, e-learning modules, and multimedia materials for technicians, operators, and dealers
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and safety teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
  • Customize training programs for global audiences and multiple product lines
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions and train-the-trainer programs
  • Assess learner performance and gather feedback to continuously improve course effectiveness
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on new products, technologies, and service procedures
  • Use learning technologies and authoring tools to develop engaging, interactive content
  • Support global rollout of new equipment and technologies through structured training plans
  • Align training initiatives with safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement goals
