Hourly Supervisor

Aramark is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to lead food service operations at the FORD Kansas City Assembly Plant. This role oversees frontline staff, production, and service quality to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient dining environment. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and coaching team members; monitoring food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards; managing cash handling and inventory; and supporting cost control and waste reduction. The supervisor partners closely with clients, models Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, and inclusivity, and helps drive continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food service operations at the Ford Kansas City Assembly Plant
• Schedule, train, and coach frontline food service employees
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
• Monitor quality, presentation, and timeliness of meals and service
• Oversee cash handling, point-of-sale procedures, and deposits
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost and waste control
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following Aramark and client policies
• Support employee engagement, teamwork, and conflict resolution
• Communicate with client contacts to support satisfaction and service goals
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
