PROJECT MANAGER

As a leader in concrete construction and site development, we specialize in delivering top-notch civil and infrastructure solutions using innovative techniques. The Project Manager will oversee various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, and implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Manage project schedules, identify potential delays, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to review progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and expectations.
• Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to save costs while maintaining quality.
