Area Manager

As an Area Manager in Beverage & Food Operations at Anheuser-Busch, you will own day-to-day performance of a production area within our fast-paced breweries. You'll lead frontline teams to safely deliver against volume, quality, cost, and service targets while championing our brewing heritage and data-driven culture. Responsibilities include managing KPIs, resolving downtime issues, coordinating with maintenance and quality, and executing lean and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll coach operators, model safety and inclusivity, and gain exposure to large-scale manufacturing and supply chain operations in a global brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily beverage production for a defined area, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met.
• Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause problem solving.
• Coach and develop frontline operators, fostering ownership, accountability, and an inclusive culture.
• Implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize line efficiency and reduce waste.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and logistics to coordinate changeovers, startups, and shutdowns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and Anheuser-Busch standards and procedures.
