Operations Associate

DraftKings is seeking an Operations Associate to support Production & Operations in our Casino/Gaming division. You will monitor live platforms, coordinate incident resolution, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Partnering closely with engineering and product teams, you'll analyze performance data, document processes, and help improve workflows that enhance the player experience. Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production and operations for Draft
• Kings gaming platforms.
• Monitor live casino/gaming systems to ensure uptime, performance, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and customer support to resolve incidents quickly.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Execute standard operating procedures for releases, configuration changes, and content updates.
• Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, runbooks, and incident reports.
• Assist with compliance and audit requirements specific to casino and gaming operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enhance player experience.
• Use reporting tools and dashboards to track performance and prepare operations reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects in Production & Operations.
