Interventional Cardiologist

Weatherby is seeking a skilled cardiologist for a locum tenens opportunity. This role involves providing comprehensive cardiac care, including diagnostic and interventional procedures, within a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing STEMI patients and utilizing advanced cardiac support devices. Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour general cardio hospital call and STEMI call
• Consult and treat all STEMI patients
• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Perform intra-aortic balloon pump and Impella placement
• Conduct cardiac diagnostics including echo, TEE, stress, and nuclear testing

Compensation

• Hourly rate of $325 - $400
• Competitive compensation
• Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay
