Responsibilities

  • Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care
  • Work as part of a team-based model where primary and specialty care providers join with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities

Compensation

  • $75,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time External Candidates
  • Compensation based on quality, not quantity
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified external candidates
  • The salary range for this role is $238,500 to $392,500 annually based on full-time employment
  • Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target
  • The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement
  • Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

Requirements

  • BC/BE by ABMS or AOA in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
  • Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Active MCSR & DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Preferred: Clinical experience in an outpatient primary care setting
