Responsibilities
- Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists
- Utilize e-Consults to specialists
- Engage in mobile integrated health, bringing care to patients at home when needed
Compensation
- $75,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time External Candidates
- Compensation based on quality, not quantity
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified external candidates
- The salary range for this role is $238,500 to $392,500 annually based on full-time employment
- Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target
- The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

Requirements
- BC/BE by ABMS or AOA in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
- Active MCSR & DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain prior to start
- Preferred: Clinical experience in an outpatient primary care setting
